Buying a Modular Home is not like buying furniture or a car.
Houses in the catalog don’t come with prices because there are many construction
variables to be considered. For example; Do you have a lot; will you be doing some
of the work yourself; will you need a basement; how about a garage; will you need
air conditioning and do you want gas, electric or oil heat. The cost for a footing
and foundation, transportation costs and special options will all have to be
considered. You will still need a building permit, inspections, etc., etc. So
in addition to buying the house, there are many other tasks that need to be
considered. We can help you figure out the total costs ahead of time. We can
